Implementation

Britton Advisors developed a comprehensive digital transformation strategy. The first phase focused on implementing a digital performance engine for real-time monitoring and optimisation. This was followed by integrating smart manufacturing technologies with existing precision equipment. The final phase involved developing digital standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance. We maintained continuous production throughout the implementation while introducing new systems and processes.
